Specimen collection supplies are offered and delivered free of charge to all clients who collect specimens in their offices and refer them to CLP for testing.
Specimen collection supplies include any items directly related to collection of the following specimen types: blood, urine, microbiology, pathology, cytology and other miscellaneous testing.
Supply requests can be faxed to the supply department at (877) 257-6331, called in at (800) 286-9800 (option 7), or ordered online.
