ClpConnect FAQs

1. Where do I download the application for my iPhone® or iPad®?

   You can download the ClpConnect application from the iTunes® store at: www.itunes.com

2. Is there a fee for downloading the application?

   There is no fee to download the application to your iPhone. You will be charged a nominal fee for the application to be placed on your iPad.

3. Can I use ClpConnect if I don’t have an iPhone or iPad?

   Yes! ClpConnect is compatible with your PC and laptop as well.

4. Can I order tests through the iPhone application?

   No. Currently, you are able to view results only on your iPhone.

5. Can I order tests and view results from my iPad?

   Yes!

6. Will you integrate with my office EMR and/or PMS?

   Yes! We can integrate with most EMR and PMS systems.

7. Is there a representative from Clinical Laboratory Partners that will visit my office to train me and my staff?

   Yes! As part of our service to you, an IT professional will visit your office and ensure a complete understanding of ClpConnect and its features. This appointment will be set up at your convenience.

8. Does Clinical Laboratory Partners provide the iPhone or iPad for use with ClpConnect?

   No. Those items need to be purchased by your practice.
